The PadMu website account and the PadMu device account are not the same accounts. You need to create the PadMu account from scratch.

Of course nothing prevents you to use the same userid and password as the website, but you need anyway to create the PadMu device account since they are different environments.

When you create the account on one PadMu, you'll receive a confirmation email, please respond to it.
